The Shoulder Sleeper Pillow features upgrades from the previous model. A streamlined arm strap improves comfort and improves stability. An adjustable waist strap allows different body types to fit comfortably and securely in the pillow. A wrist and hand strap allows for less arm movement, especially when sleeping in supine.
We listened to our customers feedback and incorporated many design features to improve the user experience! We're excited to bring you the Shoulder Sleeper Pillow!

Foam Pillow Core- Made with an earth-friendly foam composite.

If you purchased a product from us and are not happy with it, you may return it within 15 days of your purchase for a full refund*. Returns initiated within 21 days fo delivery are eligible for a 50% refund.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping to us.
*The original shipping fee, if any, are not funded.
To Initiate A Return:
1. Contact - Email customersupport@shouldersleeper.com with subject as "Return", please include your order number & name within the email so our representatives can better locate your order to initiate the process.
*Any packages sent without contacting customersupport@shouldersleeper.com first will not be refunded.
2. Repack - Make sure your item is in the same, like-new condition, packed in the original packaging with all included contents.
3. Print & Ship - Once approved, an order specific RMA Label*(non-prepaid) in the form of a PDF will be sent to you through email.
Once received, please follow the instructions below:- Please print out the RMA Label.
- Affix it to the outside of your box.

We offer flat rate shipping for all orders to the 48 contiguous United States. We also offered expedited shipping at an additional cost. We charge a flat rate shipping for orders to Hawaii & Alaska.
We currently don't ship internationally. We hope to offer international shipping soon!
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Washing- The Shoulder Sleeper Pillow comes with a hypoallergenic outer cover that is conveniently removeable and machine washable.
Drying- Air dry only.
*The foam pillow core is not washable.WHEN SHOULD I ORDER MY SHOULDER SLEEPER PILLOW?
We understand that The Shoulder Sleeper Pillow is a time-sensitive product. In order to ensure that your pillow is delivered by your surgical date, we suggest ordering 10 days prior to your surgery.
HOW LONG CAN I USE THE SHOULDER SLEEPER PILLOW?
Typically, shoulder surgeons will prescribe the traditional sling for 2-6 weeks after surgery. We recommend using the Shoulder Sleeper Pillow for the first 8-12 weeks post-operatively.
